About Show:
The Kalamazoo Rock and Mineral Show is an event of the Kalamazoo Geological & Mineral Society, a non-profit organization. KGMS organizes the annual gem and mineral show to promote the study of geology, rocks, fossils, minerals, gemstones, handmade jewelry, and lapidary art. Attendees can learn about the hobby and meet members of different societies and clubs.
Highlights:
- Over 40 vendors, door prizes, silent auction
- Demonstrations: Faceting, jewelry making, geology, identification
- For sale: Rock, minerals, crystals, fossils, handmade jewelry, tools/equipment
- Great food, kids activities, and more
